A beautiful surprise could arrive for us this week as we step into another new lunation. Our Lunar Lady will be reborn on Monday at 6:55 p.m. PDT.

But before she does so, let’s use the diminishing energies of Sunday’s Dark Moon to assist us in setting down those burdens we have decided to no longer carry, walking away without looking back, allowing them to compost themselves back into the body of Mother Earth.

Openness is called for now and yes, this may leave us vulnerable to experiences that could call for our courage. We don’t have to wear our hearts on our sleeves, yet allowing our hearts to be a little less armored allows unexpected beauty to flow into our lives from unimagined sources. Don’t close yourself off because “something bad could happen”!

When we center ourselves in our *purpose* and, at the same time, allow for the grace of the unanticipated to arrive, we begin to weave our every action and reaction in concert with life itself, creating a glorious symphony of giving and receiving that will reverberate long after this week has concluded.
