Dear Ones, the Moon is waning throughout this week, and we are best-served in considering what is no longer in service to our realms. It is time to get real and to reveal to our conscious selves that which feels icky, sticky, stuck, toxic, or unhelpful. What have you been keeping around—not because you like it, but because you are afraid of change? What does your *body* say when you think about these things? There is deep Knowing to be found within it—listen!
Once we are able to slip away from those old (and most-likely unhealthy) things that are holding us back, a vast and inspiring new vista will present itself. This is the place from which we can leap before looking, trusting that the ground will rise up to meet us, providing a soft landing. And there is fun and beauty and joy and wonder and playfulness to be found here, too!
Ready or not, a time of *regeneration* is at hand, a moment of rebirth. This is an opportunity to acknowledge who you are *now* and to reset your reality to match it.
Always remember: You are the only authority in your life. You already know what is best and right for you. You owe it to yourself to live in ways that are supportive, satisfying, and to *you*. You no longer need to hold yourself back to please others.
