Beloveds, our Lunar Lady is waxing away this week and she is carrying us right up to the door of another Eclipse Vortex. Before we knock upon it and gain entry, we pause here to consider that which is dead or dying in our lives, either literal or metaphorical (or both).
This year the energies of the Second Harvest feel like they are arriving early, asking us to take stock of all we have now and all we will need for the cold, dark days ahead. Soon, we will be required to make some profound decisions regarding what we will revive and what we will fell and compost, perhaps to be born again at a later time, or perhaps not.
Don’t allow yourself to become disheartened—too insular or too self-referential—though, Dear Ones! It is imperative that we remain *of* the physical realm during this time, exquisitely aware of each minute change in the air, in our gardens, in our bodies, and in our lives.
Let us open ourselves to seeing what we must leave behind, to take steps towards getting very, very clear about what is really going on in all aspects of our lives. A new journey is about to begin and we must be aware of all the resources we already have on hand, gather the other things we may need, trust in ourselves and in one another, and courageously stride forward out of a troubling situation and into a better future. I will meet you again at the Total Lunar Eclipse!
